Pursuing the CFA charter deepened his understanding of complex investment strategies and reinforced his commitment to a high standard of ethical and professional excellence. While Tyler valued the institutional experience, he realized that he was most energized by working directly with individuals and families—helping them make informed financial decisions that align with their values and goals.
In 2020, he set out to become a financial advisor to provide personalized, objective advice that integrates investment strategy, tax awareness, and long-term planning.

Tyler and his wife, Sydni, have a daughter, Clara, along with another little one on the way in September. He also has a high-energy dog named Chaco who keeps him on his toes (and on plenty of walks). Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, reading, chess, and tackling a good crossword puzzle.
